We build this site with accessibility in mind: semantic structure, labelled forms, visible keyboard focus, sufficient colour contrast and support for screen readers. Our aim is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and accessibility is checked as part of how we build every page — not bolted on afterwards.
Booking without the website
If any part of the online booking flow doesn’t work for you, you can always book by contacting us directly — our contact details are on the contact page. You’ll get the same choice of barbers and times either way.
In the shop
Details about physical access to our premises — step-free entry, accessible facilities, parking and transport — will be published here once our location is finalised. If you have specific access needs for an appointment, let us know when booking and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate them.
Tell us when something isn’t working
Accessibility issues are bugs, and we treat them that way. If you hit a barrier anywhere on this site — a control you can’t reach, text you can’t read, a step you can’t complete — please report it through the contact page. We’ll acknowledge it, and fix it as quickly as we can.
